數羊老套了!美醫生創「4-7-8」睡眠法 宣稱60秒入睡

現代人生活壓力大,進而產生失眠等症狀,美國一名醫生為此發明「4-7-8」呼吸法,宣稱能幫助民眾60秒內進入睡眠。
根據《都市報》報導,幫助睡眠的方式有很多種,有人會數羊,有些人會聽輕音樂,不少人則須透過藥物,但一名哈佛大學畢業的醫生韋爾(Andrew Weil)近期發表「4-7-8」呼吸法,表示透過3種不同方式的呼吸法,便能在60秒內進入睡眠狀態
「4-7-8」呼吸法分為3個步驟,首先先吸氣4秒、再憋氣7秒、最後再呼氣8秒,3次循環後,便能感受到睡意,而整個過程僅57秒。韋爾建議大家1天最好能做2次,練習6至8周,直到熟悉整個過程。韋爾表示,這套呼吸法的關鍵在於氧氣在肺部間流動,有助於減緩壓力,並讓身體放鬆。
